Nicholas has advised Fortune 500 companies, executives and entrepreneurs through complex challenges, growth opportunities and strategic partnerships. He brings a broad network across business, investment, real estate and institutional leadership, with a focus on creating opportunities and moving complex initiatives forward.

Trusted finance executive, advisor and investor with experience spanning capital, business and professional sports. One of the initial investors in Bay FC, the Bay Area’s professional women’s soccer team, Adam brings firsthand experience across both sides of the sports business. After playing at Santa Clara University, he went on to play professionally in Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution. He brings a disciplined financial perspective and a broad network across investors, entrepreneurs and the Bay Area business community.

Founder of San Jose’s own 3x3 basketball tournament, Slam Jose!, Steve has also played a significant leadership role in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley, helping drive major growth and organizational development. Deeply connected across technology, government and the nonprofit sector, he brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships, civic development and organizational growth.
